6. “Dream Girl” Diamond Massage
The Concept: The diamond massages includes getting a massage after which the skin is exfoliated with a diamond powder of 1.5 carats. Consisting of micronized diamonds and irons, the sparkling powder is left for a few minutes to react and is then removed by means of a magnet. The allegedly anti-aging results of this treatment, as well as its detoxifying effects against electromagnetic wave pollution of the skin, has sky rocketed appeal. In fact, it was reportedly the most favoured massage among Hollywood celebrities during the Oscars.

7. Ear Hygiene Innovations
The Concept: A therapist will clean inside your ears with a special tool designed to do the job thoroughly but safely.
Now here’s the bizarre part: the tool is equipped with a tiny camera, and you can watch what’s happening inside your ears on a full-color television screen.
It doesn’t sound pretty, but people are doing it. Maybe it’s just such a novel idea that people are intrigued. Or maybe some people will race to try anything new.

10. French Toast Facial
The Concept: The Asana Spa, which creates treatments for a variety of hotels and spas, has developed the French Toast Facial a 50-minute treatment that blends Ayurvedic methods with ingredients used to make French toast.
