* You may want to include a small gift voucher in any sizeable booking or order as a thank you. The receipt of the gift voucher will be a positive experience for the client and they are likely to come back and spend it on an order significantly bigger than the value of the voucher.

What should you include in your Gift Vouchers?

  • Your Spa Name: Include your branding,  legal information such as your ABN(business registration details)
  • Your Contact Details: Essential so that the voucher holder can contact you to make a booking. Include phone numbers, street address, email and web address.
  • Name of treatment/package,  e.g. Dermalogica Age Smart Facial - a revitalising power boost to help firm, regenerate and energise skin. includes: vitamin and hydroxy acid, exfoliation and facial massage
  • Value of Voucher You may give the recipient of the voucher the option to choose any treatment and redeem the voucher towards the total cost of purchase.
  • Duration of treatment/package, e.g. one hour Dermalogica Age Smart Facial
  • Expiry Date: You need to have an expiry date otherwise you may be asked to cash in the voucher at any time in the future. A period of 6 or 12 months is usually sufficient to allow the recipient to claim their session from you.
  • Serial Number: Give each of your vouchers a different number so that you can track which ones have been redeemed and which are outstanding.

You don't have to print all of the above onto the voucher. You could leave space to fill in the session name, expiry date or serial number by hand as you issue them.
