Rasul Spa Experience

The Rasul treatment takes place in a purpose-built steam room, usually covered with beautiful blue mosaic tiles. The Rasul chamber experience is an ancient Arab custom of bathing, where the guests are provided with different nourishing muds, exfoliants and oils to apply while they relax on heated seats. Mineral-rich mud is a great way to sooth tired muscles, improve circulation and soften the skin with the beneficial therapeutic properties. Rasul unites the four fundamental elements of water (over head rain shower), fire (heat), earth (mineral mud) and air (steam) into a quite unique spa experience.

The client is provided with different types of warm, mineral mud, in different natural mineral colours. Each clay has its own unique mineral composition and healing properties. These may be self applied alone or by a second person.
Rasul mud exfoliates the skin, drawing out impurities and infusing rich mineral nutrients to rejuvenate and revive. Detoxification takes place through the skin which is the largest elimination organ of the body.

Famed for its refreshing, invigorating and revitalising properties, mud is particularly renowned for helping to heal rheumatic complaints as the heat helps to relax muscles and improve circulation. Mud treatments have also been used to treat swellings, skin problems, kidney disorders, gout, nervous disorders and stomach troubles.
